MY MOTIVATION
'Wherever you go, go with all your heart...' is one of my favorite quotes by Confucius.
I used to think that I was not enough, that there is always a 'higher, faster, better'. I had to learn that everything your gut tells you, your heart whispers you and your body shows you is always the right thing. My motivation is to show you that nothing is a must and everything is possible. Trust yourself and trust the universe and wherever you go, go with all your heart!

MY HISTORY
After more than 10 years experience as a HR Professional working in the medical device and hospitality industry, after a burnout and a certified depression I decided to change my life in following my heart: turning my passion and my interest for the human body, health and movement into my profession. The crisis was my chance to escape from compulsion, pressure, stress and grieve and to finally shine from the inside.
